Description

SAFE CleanBox is a closed cabin for manual cleaning of reusable medical devices (RMD) which, by means of a mixture of air and pressurized water, enriched with calibrated particles of SAFEKlinic^®, a specific composition of synthetic sodium bicarbonate, allows a thorough cleaning of the DMRs while ensuring safety and working comfort for the operators. Inside the cabin there is a control panel to which two handpieces are attached, one dedicated to the projection of the air-water-SAFEKlinic^® mixture and the other for rinsing with water and compressed air.

The two handpieces are both removable from their seats to facilitate the operator in washing complex or bulky objects and are controlled by two pedals placed on the ground in front of the cabin at the operator’s position. To optimize work times, two automatic loaders outside the cabin are available as accessories to facilitate the entry and exit of the tray older instruments. All operations for the working of the SAFECleanBox equipment can be controlled either by the buttons inside the cabin or by the touchscreen panel located on the upper wall of the cabin.
